The visitor control section of our township management system helps the unit owners to maintain and manage the visitors which are coming their way. May it be courier boy, delivery person, friend, guest or any person. The unit owner can create their visitor pass from the app with specifying the reason to meet and allowed time. When they arrive, the security guard will verify their arrival with the unit owner asked them to give OTP. Once it is matched, only then they are allowed to enter, else not.

Using this screen the unit owner can add all the valid details about the visitor who is supposed to come. The visitor can distinguish the visitor with multiple categories, such as “Friend of guest | Delivery person | External service guy� etc… While adding the user has to enter the date and time range for the visit pass. Users can upload the picture of the proposed visitor too.

Using this screen the unit owner can delete the created visitor pass. Then it would be no longer exist in the system. With the “Edit� option, all the input fields which were added during the creation of the visitor pass can be edited. The edits would be reflected in the pass in real-time.

In this section, the unit owner can see all the visitor pass of future dates. Users will get an option to edit or delete the passes. He/She can invite or share the security code from this section too.

This is a security feature of our system that, whenever the visitor arrives, he/she have to share an OTP with the guard, then the guard will ask the flat owner to share the OTP which is appearing the visitor pass. Guard will enter both the OTP in the system. If both will match then only the visitor will be allowed to enter, else not.
