With our society maintenance software the unit owner can handle all the basic issues which he may face in the society and in the flat. May it be a plumbing issue, electrical issue, sanitisation issue, cleaning issue, garden issue, playground issue, or any issue related to the living being in the society, can post directly from the app and it will go to the respective department to get it resolved. User can check the status of it, mark it closed, reopen it or make any comment as well.

Prior to post the issues, the system will show you the list flats / units the user is owning. User can select the unit for which he/she would like to post the issue.

Users can see a quick numeric summary in a one-page dashboard of posted issues, open issues, closed issues, and active issues. Clicking on it will open the List of respective issues.

A List of posted issues is available for users to see the issues with that status. This would help users to see the status on it, change the status of the issues, or add any comment on it.

The history / Report section will allow users to view/see all the previously posted issues with their resolutions and status.

The unit owner can add a new issue from this section, they need to add the title of the issue, followed by where the issues such in the Bedroom, kitchen, dining room, etc… then there would an option to add pictures of it along with the text description.
